25 Skryne 8’s and a good following of supporters headed off to Croke Park on Tuesday July 14th to take part in the Leinster Go Games. The lads all looked the part in their new jerseys, kindly sponsored by Stephen Reeves Crash Repairs and Dortek. After a tour of the dressing rooms the lads took on two Wexford teams, Horeswood and Fethard. The Skryne lads played super football showing off all their skills, kicking some great scores and defending like their lives depended on it!! When the final whistle blew , the victorious Skryne team went up the steps of Croke Park and lifted the trophy. Finally we set off for Skryne knowing that this was not the last time some of these Skryne lads would grace Croke Park!
