Meath Ladies’ Presentation Dinner Dance took place on Saturday 28th of January in the GAA complex in Trim. Skryne Ladies GFC had a special interest as Saoirse McGrath was presented with her Leinster Final medal on the night. Saoirse was part of the Meath U16 squad that
contested the 2011 Leinster Final against Dublin. In addition Skryne Ladies GFC was one of three clubs nominated for the club of the year award. Unfortunately, it was not to be on the night as Dee Rangers picked up the award. It was, however, a great honour for Skryne Ladies GFC to be one of three clubs nominated as club of the year. It is an acknowledgement of all the hard work which has gone into the club to bring us to this position
Colleen Jordan of Skryne was one of three players nominated for the Junior B player of the year award. This award went to Cliona Smith of the St. Colmcilles club.
We congratulate Coleen Jordan on receiving the nomination and to Saoirse McGrath for picking up her Leinster U16 Final medal.
