Sunday May 8th sees the return of Lá na gClubanna, a special day that celebrates the existence of the Local GAA Club which has been central to our communities since the foundation of the GAA in the late 1800s.
To mark the occassion, Skryne GFC wish to invite all members of our community to join us in Fr. McManus Park at 2pm where you will see all of our teams, both guys and girls from Under 6 to Senior level participate in a joint training session. This will be followed by the unveiling of a plaque at the new all weather pitches in memory of the late Jim Fox. All present will then be invited to join us for some refreshments in the RST Centre, before a presentation is made to last year’s player of the year.
Come on down to Fr. McManus Park at 2pm on Sunday for a family fun day and get an insight into the heart of Skryne Gaelic Football Club!!
