Well done to both sets of players who gave an expedition of Gaelic Football in Father Mc Manus Park on Saturday 17th. Grenagh made the long trip to Skryne with the U10’s, U12’s & U14’s The U10’s were the first of the games. Grenagh were given a round of applause as they went on the pitch and Skryne U10’s gave them a guard of honour. There were two teams with the usual Go Games rules. There were two pitches set up. Credit has to go to Grenagh GAA Club and Skryne who played in sweltering heat. There was plenty of time to allow both sets of teams to take in some needed water. The two pitches were were played at a high pace and alot of the people commented on how well both teams were evenly matched and the skill sets of some of the players. At half time both sides went into the changing into there County Colours at half time. Well done to both teams managements and we wish Grenagh the best of luck with the remainder of the season.
