The Best of luck to the Minors in the Div 2 LMFM Minor Championship Final. Skryne and Killary Emmets are playing for a Prestigious Cup where a young talented Gaelic player that was taken too soon back in 2010. Liam Tolan was one of the finest and best Gaelic footballers not alone in the County by Country wide. Those who were fortunate enough to play with Liam in Skryne will know he was known for his trickery, speed and a player that wasn’t the easiest to mark.
Its an honour to play for the cup that Trim had the chance to win first time round in Skryne back in Nov 2014. Liam will never be forgotten and his memories will always live on.
We are asking that as many Skryne supporters head to Ashbourne on Monday night and support the management and players and lets bring the Liam Tolan Memorial Cup home.
