Well what a day & what a result for Meath Football as they moved up the gears in their Leinster semi-final clash with Kildare.

Congratulations to Ciaran Lenehan ,the Meath team & Trevor and Meath Management team on a job well done which now sets up a mouth watering Leinster Final against Dublin.

Special mention for Joe O’Brien who from his sideline seat single handedly mastermined the result by shouting instructions at the management team & players & lead the singing of the Royal fans.

As Meath Fans left Croke Park with the Leinster title in their sights they promised to erect a statue for Banty. What a difference a couple of games make.

The hunt will now be on for tickets for the most eagerly awaited Leinster final in years…..
