Skryne GFC would like to invite you to come and join us for the launch of our massive Horsepower Super draw this Saturday 09th April at 6:30pm at Skryne football pitch.
Skryne GFC is the heartbeat of the community in Skryne and the purpose of our superdraw is to raise funds to improve facilities at Skryne GFC for our members, the people of the surrounding community and visitors to our club.
Tickets for our draw will cost €50 each. We have a team of ticket sellers who will be at the launch on Saturday and you will also be able to purchase tickets on our website www.skrynegfc.ie. The draw webpage will go live later this week before the launch.
The first prize in our draw will be a fantastic John Deere 6120M tractor(with front loader) supplied by Meath Farm Machinery Ltd or a cash alternative of €100,000 !!!
If you miss out on winning our first prize, you will still be in with a chance to win our second prize where you could become the owner of a racehorse trained by top trainer Gavin Cromwell Racing for one year, a prize valued at €12,000. If owning a racehorse doesn’t interest you, then you can take a cash alternative of €10,000 instead. We will have a number of other prizes available including a holiday in Center Parcs to the value of €3,000.
We will be holding bonus draws between May and September for those who get in early and purchase tickets.
We are delighted to introduce our draw ambassadors Irish Grand National winning jockey and Dancing With the Stars champion Nina Carberry and our very own former Meath GAA multiple All Star and All Ireland winner Trevor Giles. Skryne GFC will be donating a portion of the proceeds of the draw to the following charities nominated by our ambassadors: Jigsaw, Irish Injured Jockeys and LauraLynn – Ireland’s Children’s Hospice
The main draw for the tractor is scheduled to take place at Fairyhouse Racecourse on 08th October 2022.
