Superb Ciara Smyth bags the LGFA Leinster Young Player of the Year award

All of Skryne GFC celebrated when our brilliant young footballing prodigy Ciara Smyth won the prestigious LGFA Young Player of the Year award at the Citywest Hotel on Saturday night. Ciara was part of the Meath U16 squad who reached this year’s U16A All Ireland Final following on from their superb Leinster Final victory over Dublin. Ciara’s award has come as no surprise to the folk of Skryne who have watched her light up the hallowed turf of Fr. McManus Park for many years now. We look forward to watching Ciara’s star continue to rise. Well done Ciara. You have done us all proud!!
