In another of the superb performances we have become accustomed to, the Skryne U14 boys overcame St. Colmcilles on Sunday to win the 2012 Div1 Summer League title. It was the third final this year where these two teams were to meet. Skryne won the Spring League and represented our club and county with distinction when they went on to represent Meath in the Féile Peil na nÓg. St. Colmcilles came back as victors in the U14 championship, so this was an important decider for both teams. It was a close game with the scoreboard reading Skryne 1-17, Colmcilles 3-09 at the final whistle. Match report to follow.
